What can I say, other than Ricardo is absolutely amazing.

We began looking for homes at the beginning of the DFW housing market boom. Needless to say this resulted in a lengthy process, viewing dozens of homes and losing multiple bidding wars. In its entirety our home buying process spanned a year, during which there were multiple times we were ready to give up.

In contrast, Ricardo stayed optimistic and urged us to stay positive. We were on a flight back home and saw a house that we wanted to pursue. As soon as we landed we called Ricardo and within an hour we were viewing the house. The rest is history!
